Event Production

Abby combines her deep knowledge of Orlando with a passion for creating memorable experiences, helping bring impactful events to life across the city—from sporting events and concerts to local festivals.

Global Running Day Celebration

  • Track Shack Events, the leader in road race management, and IPBC, a pillar of local brews beloved by runners in Orlando, teamed up from a Global Running Day Celebration and group run.

  • Worked alongside Track Shack's event management team and IPBC's dedicated running community to coordinate the biggest run club yet. Over 400 runners met up to celebrate with a 3-mile course and free beers. Coordinated shoe demos from Altra, headphone giveaways from Shokz, eats from Red Panda Noodle and more.

Napoleon Dynamite Live

  • Constructed in 1963 as the city’s first 2-screen movie theater, the historic Plaza Live is Orlando’s premiere live concert venue offering a wide range of concerts, comedians and cultural events.

  • Assisted in coordinating VIP meet and greets with the main cast of the cult classic film "Napoleon Dynamite" at a sold out 20th anniversary event.

Milk Mart’s 8th Anniversary Birthday Bash

  • Milk Mart is a quarterly art and food festival in Orlando featuring 250 local vendors.

  • Responsible for smooth load-in and load-out of vendors and market operations across the event, assisting director Ashley Hallenbeck with all day-of production needs.
